If you opened your own business, what would it be? Hmmm, tough one, I think I would like to be in the construction business – flipping homes, etc.

What advice would you give your younger self? Go to college the way traditional students go (right out of high school). Be more open, intentional, mindful and present. Develop vision – ability to see beyond one’s self and tomorrow. Continue to exercise and take care of your health.

Exceptional Skills- Yikes… you won’t like this, but I truly have no idea and feel as if I don’t have any. My stretch would be listening. I like to listen, I think I may be good at it. I like to also think I am a good wife, mom, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

What makes you feel fulfilled? Family and giving. I LOVE to give.

When asked to describe yourself, what’s the first word that pops into your mind? A bit OCD! Thoughtful. Caring. Kind. Fair.

Favorite Book- A Man Called Ove

What makes your heart race? Running! Seriously, my son at the plate, my daughter receiving another degree, my husband around his students.

Organization or cause near to your heart- JDRF

What keeps you up at night?  My son keeps me up at night. I worry about his happiness.

What is a belief you once held but no longer do? Oh boy, this is a tough one. I once believed in capital punishment for certain wrongs.

What are you interested in connecting with other women about? How to be a good friend. I really want to be and feel I fall short in this area. My heart is there all the time, but truly feel like I fail.
